利用規約

1. 適用

本規約は、Synka Teamが提供するアプリ「キョウダケ」の利用に適用されます。

2. アプリの利用

キョウダケは、「今日だけ」と思ったことを登録し、後日その結果を確認するアプリです。利用者は自分の判断でアプリを利用してください。本アプリは習慣改善、健康上の助言、その他の専門的助言を提供するものではありません。

3. ローカルデータ

登録内容や確認結果は原則として利用者の端末に保存されます。端末の故障、紛失、アプリの削除等によりデータを利用できなくなる場合があります。当方はデータの継続的な保存を保証しません。

4. 通知

通知はOSのローカル通知を利用します。通知の許可は利用者がOSの設定で変更できます。通知を許可しない場合でも、アプリ内の確認機能を利用できます。

5. アプリ内購入

Premiumは買い切りのアプリ内購入です。購入状態の管理には各ストアおよびRevenueCatを利用します。購入、請求、返金にはApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playの規約と手続きが適用されます。Apple版アプリからはApple Standard EULAも確認できます。本ページはキョウダケ独自の補足規約です。

6. 提供内容の変更

当方は、必要に応じてアプリの機能や提供内容を変更、停止または終了することがあります。

7. 免責

法令で認められる範囲で、アプリの継続的な提供、正確性、完全性または特定目的への適合性を保証しません。

Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of Kyoudake, an app provided by Synka Team.

2. Using the app

Kyoudake lets you record something you said was “just for today” and check back on it later. Use the app at your own discretion. It does not provide habit coaching, health advice, or other professional advice.

3. Local data

Your entries and check-in results are generally stored on your device. They may become unavailable if your device is damaged or lost, or if you delete the app. We do not guarantee continued storage of your data.

4. Notifications

Reminders use local notifications provided by your operating system. You can change notification permission in your OS settings. In-app check-ins remain available when notifications are off.

5. In-app purchases

Premium is a one-time in-app purchase. Purchase status is handled by the relevant store and RevenueCat. Apple App Store or Google Play terms and processes apply to purchases, billing, and refunds. Apple users can also review the Apple Standard EULA. This page supplements those terms for Kyoudake.

6. Changes to the app

We may change, suspend, or discontinue app features or availability when needed.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
